Tom is Deputy Chairman of the North Cotswolds Conservative Association, responsible for membership and fundraising.
A former Blockley Parish councillor, Tom was elected to Gloucestershire County Council in May 2024, to represent the Campden Vale division.
Tom lives just outside Chipping Campden with his young family and their dog. Professionally, he is a Director at one of the UK's leading communications consultancies.
